Since we are a Canadian company, e-gift cards are issued in Canadian dollars. If your gift card's dollar value is showing less than you expected in your native currency at checkout, it is likely due to an exchange rate conversion. Our website automatically does currency conversions at checkout to allow you to check out in your native currency.
