We understand how frustrating it can be to see your order marked as "Returning to Sender." Here’s what you need to know and what your options are:
If Your Order Is Shipping to the US, Canada, or Australia:
If the package is being returned due to an issue with the shipping address (e.g., incomplete or incorrect details), we’re happy to help.
Your options:
Reshipment: We can reship your order once it arrives back at our facility. You’ll just need to cover the shipping fees for the new shipment.
Refund or Store Credit: If you prefer not to have the order reshipped, we can issue:
A refund, minus a $15 domestic restocking fee, or
A store credit for the full value of your order (no restocking fee deducted).
If Your Order Is an International Shipment (Outside the US, Canada, or Australia):
Unfortunately, we’re unable to reship international orders that are returned to us.
Your options:
Refund, minus a $20 international restocking fee, or
Store credit for the full value of your order (no restocking fee deducted).
