We want every order to arrive safe and sound, but occasionally issues can happen during transit that are outside of our control.
If your package appears to be lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact our support team as soon as possible so we can look into it for you.
Our team will investigate the situation with the carrier and do our best to help find a resolution.
What to do if there’s an issue with your delivery:
If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t find the package, please check around your delivery area and with neighbours first.
If the package still can’t be located, reach out to us right away.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us and include photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
While delivery is ultimately handled by the carrier, we’re always happy to investigate and assist however we can.
