We want every order to arrive safe and sound, but sometimes things happen during transit that are outside of our control. Here’s how we handle these situations:
If You Purchased Package Protection (Checkout+)
Your order is covered by Seel Package Protection.
This protects you if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged.
If something goes wrong, you can easily file a claim through the Seel Resolution Center (the link is in your order confirmation email).
Most claims are processed quickly, and once approved, you’ll receive a refund for the affected items.
If You Did Not Purchase Package Protection
Orders without Package Protection are not covered in cases of loss, theft, or damage once handed to the carrier.
Please note: We are unable to re-ship or refund orders without Package Protection.
Please contact us as soon as you think this was stolen or lost and we will investigate.
