Lost, Stolen, or Damaged in Transit OrdersUpdated 4 hours ago

We want every order to arrive safe and sound, but sometimes things happen during transit that are outside of our control. Here’s how we handle these situations:

If You Purchased Package Protection (Checkout+)

  • Your order is covered by Seel Package Protection.

  • This protects you if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged.

  • If something goes wrong, you can easily file a claim through the Seel Resolution Center (the link is in your order confirmation email).

  • Most claims are processed quickly, and once approved, you’ll receive a refund for the affected items.

If You Did Not Purchase Package Protection

  • Orders without Package Protection are not covered in cases of loss, theft, or damage once handed to the carrier.

  • Please note: We are unable to re-ship or refund orders without Package Protection.

  • Please contact us as soon as you think this was stolen or lost and we will investigate.

Why Package Protection?

Package Protection is optional at checkout for just 2% of the total cart value. It provides:

  • Peace of mind — full coverage if your order is lost, stolen, or damaged.

  • Hassle-free claims — handled directly through Seel.

  • Quick resolutions — most claims are automatically approved.
