Once you purchase a gift card, you will receive the gift card code via email. You can then enter the gift card code at checkout in the "discount code or gift card" box.
Do I have to use the full amount in one order?
No! The amount you spend will simply be deducted from your gift card amount. You can use the remaining balance on a new order you place with us.
Why is my e-gift card showing a different amount than I expected at checkout?
Since we are a Canadian company, e-gift cards are issued in Canadian dollars. If your gift card's dollar value is showing less than you expected in your native currency at checkout, it is likely due to an exchange rate conversion. Our website automatically does currency conversions at checkout to allow you to check out in your native currency.
