We offer 1 free exchange per order But If you choose a full return, you’ll normally pay a fee—if you checkout with Checkout+ (Free Returns + Package Protection), the return is completely free. No hidden fees, no surprises.
Package Protection
If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, simply report it and get a full refund.
Checkout+ (Free Returns + Package Protection) fee is non refundable or transferable under any circumstances. Unless the order is cancelled before fulfillment.

- How does the Package Protection works:
Once you have placed an order and have included Checkout+ (Free Returns + Package Protection) you will receive an email with the coverage details, as well as instructions on how to report an issue.
If your package is damaged, lost, or stolen, you have to report the issue within Seel Resolution Center. Seel will then assess the request using policy rules / guidelines to determine if the reported order issue qualifies for a payout.
If the request does qualify, a refund will be automatically sent to you. If the request does not qualify, an email will be sent to notify them of the denial along with the reason.
To qualify for the payout, you need to follow the reporting timelines found here:
- Loss claims cannot be reported before 30 days for Canada, Australia and United States fulfillment.
- Damage claims must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Theft claims must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date.
All issues must be reported within 90 days of the order date.

How long do I have to report a shipping issue?
If you purchased Package Protection with your order, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to report theft or damage and can report a loss for domestic orders between 30 and 60 days after placing the order .
When will I receive my Package Protection payout?
If your shipping issue has been accepted, it will take 1-3 business days following claim acceptance.
Can I change my order after it is placed?
If you purchased Checkout+ with Package Protection with your order, then Seel will send you a confirmation of your Package Protection purchase via email. Package Protection is not refundable unless the entire order is canceled.
