Ponyback Checkout+ (Free Returns + Package Protection) Policy

By purchasing Checkout+ (Free Returns + Package Protection), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Return Fee Coverage
   

   • Checkout+ provides you with free returns on your order.

   • Without Checkout+, customers are responsible for a return fee equal to $10. If they wish to return.

   • Exchanges are free.

2. Refundability
   

   • Checkout+ is non-refundable once your order has been fulfilled/shipped.
     

   • If you cancel your order before fulfillment, Checkout+ will be refunded along with your order.
     
     

3. Single-Order Coverage
   

   • Checkout+ applies only to the specific order for which it was purchased. It does not transfer to future or past orders.
     
     

4. Return Process
