If you placed a bulk order (between 12 and 24 hats)

These type of order is created on our system manually and is Final Sale.

If you placed a wholesale order via the Faire Platform (more than 24 hats)

If you used our Faire store to place your wholesale order you can definitely start a return process. This needs to be made on the Faire platform, as Faire takes care of these returns. To do so, please follow the information in this link.
